I knew I needed help and guidance. I often thought about hiring a life coach, but didn't think at first I was worth it. Finally one day I said I am going to do it and I did. I have a few options for pricing, depending on the needs of the client. I thoroughly enjoy providing free discovery sessions, which equate to a free coaching session so it is worth the conversation!

Let's begin with a phone call, as it is crucial to find a coach you truly connect with. If we agree that we are a good fit, we can determine a process and program that best fits your life situation. I have a 100% success rate with my clients achieving their goals and more!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), hold a double BS in Psychology and Human Behavior in Society, have a Masters in Management with a certificate in Leadership, have been in recovery from alcoholism for over 30 years, and practice what I preach, always having a coach myself!
