What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new Web Design clients, I like to set up a coffee or lunch meeting. Something light and casual where we could talk and get to know each other. Getting to know my web clients personally is key to making a relationship for all of their online properties. At the meeting we will talk about their online vision and how I could successfully bring it to fruition.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Comptia Security+ Certified Information Systems Secuirt Professional
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been involved with technology since Elementary. I built my first website in the fourth grade using HTML which was very basic to being a part of Kamehameha Schools CyberWarriors Team which have won numerous international media arts awards for our work with KSBE. I have freelanced websites for the past 10 years and am not taking it seriously in a commercial aspect.
