They were on time and very nice to deal with. And they didn't charge me just told me that I probably needed a new furnace....and they are probably right. I just wish they could have tuned the furnace up or something to help it run a little better.Dec 17, 2016Verified
Alan came out and diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it. He even ended up doing one service for free just to keep our costs down. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Yes, we have a pricing system built for the Colorado industry. Our prices are fair and competitive for El Paso County, and are always presented up front with no hidden fees, taxes or upsales.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Our first step is to communicate with the customer and figure out the best path for a solution. We answer questions and provide support over the phone, but we usually need to schedule an appointment so our trained technicians can fix the problem on the spot. We also schedule free in home consultations with our home comfort specialists for complete system replacements or integrated add on units. Our comfort specialists are trained to offer an upfront package with no hidden fees or unnecessary upsales, that best fits the customers needs and budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We are a fully licensed and insured HVAC company, and all of our employees stay current on training and keep up with new technologies and industry best practices. We are licensed by the Pikes Peak Regional Department and hold memberships with several professional HVAC associations.
