FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't believe anyone in the advertising or digital visual production field should have any sort of a standard pricing system set up for all clients. Everyone's project is different; therefore, everyone's project price is different. We've dealt with budgets as little as $750 to as high as $2 million. Your end product doesn't always necessarily depend on how high your budget can be. Everyone is different!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, most new customers will initiate conversation with us through e-mail, letting us know briefly what they're looking for. We may follow up with an e-mail or two, but in order to provide you with exactly what you're looking for, a phone call or in-persona meeting is always a great way to hear exactly what's on your mind and give us a chance to get to know one another before we move on. This gives us a feel for who we're dealing with, as well as gives you a feeling about who we are and what we're capable of getting accomplished. Once the objective and other stylings are confirmed, we'll get to the estimate. We'll provide you with an estimate on what we think it will take to get you the absolute best product or outcome that you're yearning for, and go from there. Budgets can be worked with depending on your needs and situation, so a friendly conversation among us is a great start to make sure everyone is on the same track!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire with an emphasis on Business Communication. All employees have had education and training consistent with their specific field of expertise.
