I contacted AA Action for an estimate and spoke with Rhonda, she was very helpful and explained everything the inspector would do when he got to my home. My inspector was Rob. Rob really took his time to go over why the basement was wet and how it could be fixed. I decided to have them do the job. When the crew arrived at my home the foreman Mike Brady really made me feel comfortable with the job. Mike and his two helpers were very professional from start to finish. They kept the mess to a minimum and we're really hard working. They were respectful of my stuff, keeping the dust down and covering everything with plastic. The work was done on time and I appreciated that. When the job was completed the office sent all of my warranty information and receipts to me. Rhonda even followed up to make sure I was happy with the job. I'm very happy and plan on giving my friend their information so she can get an estimate. Class A++ organization!

We hired AA Action Waterproofing to correct a rain water drainage problem on the outside of our home. I have several rental properties and have used this company several times and they have consistently exceeded my expectations. Each situation is a little different. This is why we give free inspections to better understand and evaluate before pricing is given.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The 1st thing we accomplish is schedule an appointment for one of our licensed professional inspector to visit with you and asses your situation. Once determining the origin of the problem and the solution, a written estimate will be given.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are Licensed, Bonded and Insured. We have over 28 years of experience. We are Certified with American Council for Accredited Certification for Mold Remediation.
