I've worked with Alhi LLC. for multiple projects for our business. They've completely remodeled an addition for us that included building a new wall, to installing new flooring, and also installed a rustic barn wood wall for us. They're prompt, professional, and fantastic to work with. I highly recommend and we love using them to help us with our projects!

Brad and his staff delivered as promised and we couldn't be more satisfied with their work. Our basement was completely and professionally remodeled and Brad worked with us every step of the way including changes that we wanted to make during the process. They also made it a point to clean up each day and respected our home which is a nice touch if you have had other contractors that didn't do this in the past. I would highly recommend Brad and Alhi to anyone for any construction needs. Easy and professional to work with and there are no surprises.

Excellent service! Tiled the bathroom floors, tub, and shower area. Also, added new shower door and fixtures. The team was polite and cleaned up the mess each day....couldn't have asked for anything better!

Brad and his partner did an excellent job installing hardwood flooring in a small closet. Brad was quick to respond and punctual. communicated with questions.. After two no shows I am very grateful Brad treated my small project as though it was a large project. Thank you Brad. I would definitely recommend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Simple jobs i can give a square ft. price, i also have a minimum rate for a quick job. i prefer to talk with customer to get all details and sizes so that i can give a firm quote with no surprises .
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listen to their needs, advise options and design, walk them thru the process and timeline, give a quote based on current info, do the work in a timely manner while keeping them informed of all progress and any problems that may arise.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Degree in Construction Management, 30 Years experience that started when i was 15. i began as a laborer and went thru the ranks in all aspects of construction. Rose to be vice President of a construction company that did approximately 15 million in revenue.i was vice president for 8 years prior to me deciding to start my own company.
