Brad and his partner did an excellent job installing hardwood flooring in a small closet. Brad was quick to respond and punctual. communicated with questions.. After two no shows I am very grateful Brad treated my small project as though it was a large project. Thank you Brad. I would definitely recommend.

I came across ALHi LLC in my search to have some interior doors installed in my home. Out of all the contractors that responded thru Thumbtack, ALHi was the most cost effective for me. Brad was very detailed in explaining what I needed to complete my project. During the installation he ran into an issue, and had to adjust the door jams to make them work, but definitely not an issue for him. When the project was completed two of the doors needed some minor adjustments, and when I contacted Brad he didn't waste any time coming to fix the issue. I will be keeping them in mind for any future projects, and would highly recommend ALHi LLC for any home improvement projects you might have in mind.

Brad was quick to respond to my request for a quote. It took a couple of weeks to get scheduled but we were able to get our project completed within a month of our initial meeting. Brad and his team were very careful about removing the project debris despite having to work in a relatively confined patio space. They removed all of the shrubbery and river rock and did a fantastic job installing the new concrete. The area looks great and has doubled in size. It’s actually usable again. We plan on having him come back soon to resurface the concrete to make it a uniform color and refinish our access steps. Price was very fair and we are very happy with how our project turned out.

We hired Brad and his contracting company for a number of services after purchasing a duplex that needed a lot of love before moving in. Brad was extremely responsive and worked with us along the way. Impeccable work. Took a strange closet sliding door entry and turned it into gorgeous French doors. Transformed a deck that looked like it was falling apart. Painted the trim of the house. Installed lighting and ceiling fan. Fixed drywall and electrical outlets and so much more. Absolutely impeccable work and reasonably priced. Can not recommend Brad highly enough. If you are looking for a contractor that can do it all, look no further. You have found him (and he didn’t pay me to say this). His work speaks for itself!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Simple jobs i can give a square ft. price, i also have a minimum rate for a quick job. i prefer to talk with customer to get all details and sizes so that i can give a firm quote with no surprises .
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listen to their needs, advise options and design, walk them thru the process and timeline, give a quote based on current info, do the work in a timely manner while keeping them informed of all progress and any problems that may arise.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Degree in Construction Management, 30 Years experience that started when i was 15. i began as a laborer and went thru the ranks in all aspects of construction. Rose to be vice President of a construction company that did approximately 15 million in revenue.i was vice president for 8 years prior to me deciding to start my own company.
