- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I welcome a phone call and or free consultation in person to understand the needs of my client. We gain an understanding, I recap what I've captured from them by email, then we big in contracting, invoicing and deposits to hold their event date.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always loved entertaining. I found my niche as I had friends who started getting married and having baby (showers). They always called on me to help with the details and decorating and I love doing it!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Ceremony coordination, decorating, shopping, RSVP management, centerpieces, planning, seating arrangements. I've worked with cudtomers who have needed a planner there every step of the way, customers who just need errands completed, customers who need minimal help with planning and more with execution of their design.
