Simple exterior house pressure washing job. Once he arrived, the quoted price was increased by 30%.
He did have a legitimate breakdown of equipment and departed 1/4 of the way through the job. Communication then broke down as he did not return several correspondences or show up to complete the job as expected. Days after, with zero communication he showed up unannounced and begrudgingly completed the job. The house was adequately clean upon completion, however, there was damage to siding that he refused to repair and also severe damage to lawn and foundation plants. The exhaust from machinery burned my lawn in multiple areas and the solution used damaged plants. What was once green is now brown and yellow.
Due to poor communication, a bait and switch quote, poor attitude and quite a bit of damage, I would not recommend.
