Joe was able to come to our home shortly after we contacted him, which was in the evening on a weekend, when I was sure I would have trouble finding an electrician. He was pleasant, professional, and diagnosed the problem immediately. The repair was relatively simple, but a huge relief for us as it could have been a fire hazard. Joe took the time to explain to me what he was doing and why, showing me the outlet and what was happening. We will definitely call him again when we need electrical work done!
