Introduction: Every dish I prepare is prepared with love. Cooking has always been my passion and I have taken my love for cooking and poured it into a family business that creates food that reminds you of your grandmothers cooking. I stay close to my Mediterranean roots with many of my dishes and I also bring a new American style to my cooking.
I love that I get to share my passion of cooking with the surrounding community and see people enjoy my dishes. To me nothing is more satisfying then watching people excited over my crazy creations.

We had a catering event for roughly 100 to 120 people, Abudanza restraunt was very professional, and they were lovely with accommodating all of our special diets including one gluten-free dish. The employees were friendly overall it was done very well and I will definitely be calling them the next time we have an event!

we had a large party that we had to find catering for last minute as the other person we had hired had bailed on us at the last second. abudanza eased our frustrations with the last person with there friendly attitude, punctuality and there ability to work with us in creating our menu. we were looking for a place that could do both children's and adult dishes for about 150 people, Abudanza express did just that! we had delicious burgers, hotdogs, and grinders for the kids and some of the best wings, pasta, and meat dishes i have ever tasted for the Adults! overall some of the best catering i have ever recieved from this website!
