-A house with 1 room, 1 bathroom, stair, living room, kitchen cost $95 est time 3.5hrs -A house with 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, stairs, living room , kitchen cost $125 est time 4.5hrs - A house with 3 rooms or more cost above $140 est time 4.5hrs or more depending on sizes of the rooms * a charge of $20 in first time cleaning, regular price after that. - if you need your fridge clean will add $20, $15 for house with dogs/cats, $25 for laundry, $10 for each one floor window cleaning.
