To expand on our rating of 'excellent,' Jon-Affordable Construction Services-has efficiently and professionally accomplished our major remodel, including interior and exterior painting, stain, new siding, exterior doors, carpentry and finishing, trimwork, crown molding, baseboards, door trim, sheetrock, taping, floating, texturing, interior and exterior beadboard celings, demolition, tile installation, and countless other tasks. All has been done cheerfully and on schedule. We still have some other projects to do and we know the work will be done well, on schedule and on budget. Efficient, provides more than a day's work, courteous, no bad work habits, considerate of his customer. He has contacts for other trades if needed for the project. We are happy to provide a reference and you may contact us if that will help you in choosing a reliable contractor. Having been in new and remodel construction, we know that remodeling in particular presents unique challenges. The contractor must be ready for anything and be able to adapt to the project. We highly recommend Affordable Construction Services.

Totally unprofessional! An 8 week project took 5 months to finish. They didn't show up for a whole week twice. They destroyed the gate to the backyard, now anyone can walk into our yard. We had to purchase all the bathroom fixtures, bathroom vanity, tub, toilets, tile, crown molding, wood flooring (which is buckling up in places and they won't return our calls), promised a mirror for the master bath and was later told we could purchase one for $400, promised a barn type door leading into the master bath and after going through a run around for weeks they finally made swinging doors which again we had to pay for. They said their work is guaranteed but they won't return our calls. We wanted to update the kitchen but spent too much money on this project and also trying to figure out how we can get the fencing and flooring fixed along with trim and other items that are starting to separate from the walls. I wouldn't recommend them for a big or small project...totally unprofessional, unreliable, and untrustworthy.

Repairs around the house including fixing water and termite damage on inside and outside walls and replacing the siding on a separate storage building. Jon and his team showed up when they said they would, communicated with us about what they were finding and worked with us to find the best fixes and solutions to what was wrong. And the price was a little less than the original estimate. They did a great job!

Very pleased with the work on our deck remodel. Jon was very easy to communicate with and immediately responded to any questions or concerns.
