- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I do have a $60 diagnostic fee but will waive that fee if you decide to do the repair the day I diagnose your system. We also have an advantage plan that runs $159. With this service, you get 2 service, one in the spring and one in the fall. You also get priority service and a 15% discount on parts. You also would have access to our sister company, Mr. Rooter Plumbing with the same priority service and discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We give you a precise upfront cost to do repairs on your heating and cooling equipment. We set up an appointment to check your heating and cooling equipment to pinpoint the problem along with any other potential problems and give you a price before we do the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I received a diploma in A/C Technology in 2004. I have received various other certificates over the years. I also received my contractors license in 2014. Overall, I have over 15 years experience in the HVAC business.
