- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each Client obtains a custom quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At each initial meeting, I work with the Client to understand their needs and wants. From that meeting, I establish realistic timeframe for the work and expected outcomes. As a project is ongoing, I strive to communicate with the Client weekly, if not more frequently.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend continuing legal education in my area of practice. Additionally, I monitor the activity of the FTC, CFPB, and state AG's for relevant case law, press releases and enforcement actions.
