- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While no two jobs are identical (with the exception of new construction) our rates are always competitive. We also offer hourly rates depending on the project and/or customer needs. We offer senior citizen discounts for ages 66 and older, military discounts as well as referral discounts. We also offer a new Preferred Customer program! Contact us for more details on savings programs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always welcome visitors to our showroom!! Or in most cases, we will send a representative to meet with each new customer to get a clear understanding of the their needs and expectations. We will answer all of your questions in order to assist you in making a well educated decision for your new project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We provide an extensive, in-house training program for all new employees. Our goal is to teach our employees the system we developed and critiqued over the years in order to continue providing quality home improvements to our customers. We also send our painters to local trade shows so we are always "hip" to the latest trends and able to learn new application methods in order to solve our customer's painting and coating issues.
