An Affair to Remember did an incredible job in planning for our annual Halloween Party that accommodated over 100 guests. They handled everything from start to finish, (The venue, the food, the decorations, the lighting, the music, and even the entertainment). They were professional, easy to work with, and went above and beyond our expectations. I would absolutely use them again for my next event.

We planned a fast wedding. Cynthia was amazing. She was able to pamper me and get me everything I wanted while "handling" my parents and keeping us in budget. Our venue cancelled 16 days before the wedding. Within a few hours Cynthia had a new venue, a new hotels for my guests, all the reservations were transferred and there were no issues. She literally saved the day. You can't be in better hands. We were married in 2006 and I still keep contact with Cynthia and love her to death!

Our wedding was so lovely and we couldn't be more than happier. We had a reception in our backyard and we hired them for being an assistant of the day of our wedding. Cynthia and Dallas are very nice and friendly; and also good with communication via phone, emails and texts. They are very responsive to the clients and gave us many advices in our wedding. We would like to thank you very much for everything. Decorations (tables, lights, and cake set up) were beautiful; Food, photographers, bartender, server, and everything ran smoothly and perfectly. Not only us, but our guests are also enjoy our wedding. Where do I even start?! Cynthia made the wedding run smoother than we could have ever imagined. With just a week out from our wedding, she came in and really kicked everything into high gear and got stuff done! Cynthia made sure that all of our needs were met and she went above and beyond. I can honestly say that she made this wedding happen! She made sure everything was done and done on time. She ensured that the bride and groom were taken care of and did not disappoint at all! As the bride, she completely took 100% of the stress away from me. She even created the day-of timeline, which I had not worked on at all! Cynthia does an amazing job as a event coordinator, and she is an awesome person that truly does care about her clients. She will make sure that you are taken care of and won't stop until everything is right. We had an issue with our venue/catering coordinator, but she addressed that issue head on! She handled any hiccups that came up so that we wouldn't have to stress about them. She made sure everything and everyone were in line so that we could have a night that we will remember for the rest of our lives. I highly recommend her to ANYONE that has an special occasion or event. She will take charge and make sure the job gets done! Cynthia, thank you so much for all that you do, you are very appreciated. For Groups of 2-50, a Full Planning package for a wedding is $450.00. For Groups of 51-150, a Full Planning package for a wedding is $850.00. For Weddings over 151 guests or corporate events, quotes are customized.

First and Foremost, a consultation call to get an idea of the clients vision for their event.
