I made arrangements with AnnMarie to clean for my sister who is disabled and to help my sister organize her new apartment. I offered to pay AnnMarie the top of the scale of wages she requested. She stood my sister up--did not come to the arranged work day. I called AnnMarie to find out what happened and she hung up on me after I calmly said "I'm calling to find out why you didn't show up and what happened." I was shocked by her behavior which was unprofessional and unkind. I would recommend AnnMarie for exactly nothing. This was totally uncalled for and undeserved. My family and I were hurt by her inconsiderate actions. We waited more than a week for the day that was convenient for her to come and clean. What a waste!
