What a total delight to have Phillip and his wife Antonia over to cook for 8 of our guests. They are very professional and will take the time to discuss the menu and any dietary restrictions before hand. The quality of the produce they procure is excellent. The actual meal was of a vey high standard and comparable to a top restaurant and the quantity of food prepared was more than enough to go around with left-overs. In terms of service, they really go above and beyond to make sure that you have a truly awesome dining experience and they clean up after as well. I could not have asked for more and would happily say that they exceeded my expectations and I would have they over again without hesitation.

The cooking class was excellent! Phillip was very warm, accommodating and made sure the evening was special and educational. Phillip and his wife walked us through all the steps in making the dishes we had and I also learned some cool knife skills. Learning how to debone a duck and present it was very interesting. They made my birthday very memorable and quite an experience. If you've ever wondered what it is like to be a guest on a cooking show, this experience is very similar. I learned a lot, ate a lot and had a lot of fun. Overall the experience was like having a friend come over and cook with us. I highly recommend Antonia and Phillip catering for you cooking class and any food related needs you may have. Absolutely delicious food!

We were extremely pleased with Chefs Phillip and Antonia. I hired them to prepare a meal for eight of us in my home to celebrate my husband's birthday. Phillip was responsive to my emails and phone calls before the event as we planned the menu. Once at my house, Phillip and Antonia were very personable and accommodating to all eight of us. I was able to completely enjoy the evening and left all of the details to them. As discussed before the arrived, Phillip and Antonia cleaned up everything so that at the end of the night I didn't have any work to do. I highly recommend Antonia and Phillip Catering for your in- home catering event.

Chef Phillip came to our house and provided a wonderful cooking lesson for a half dozen friends. He catered the menu to my request for delicious healthy dishes and taught us how to make about 10 courses over the course of 4 hours. He recommended wines for each dish and then served us each course. It was an AWESOME evening! Super unique and really really fun!!! Ive pulled out those recipes multiple times since! He also brought pasta makers, special molds, etc. everything I didn't have in my kitchen he provided. I cannot say enough good things about Chef Phillip and the evening.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a general idea, I have a low, medium and high pricing for dinners and events. Much depends on the customers budget, what food they are interested in and the quantities.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally like to speak by phone to have a better understanding of specific needs, dietary issues and choices of cuisine. For large parties I will travel to the location if necessary prior to the event. After speaking with the potential client I provide sample menus based on our conversation and clients needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of Hotel Restaurant School with a degree in Culinary Arts. I have also studied Sommelier school for three years and am an ASI Asscociation of Italian Sommeliers. I have owned and operated 4 restaurants and have worked as a Chef extensively in Italy, France the Caribbean and the US .
