FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, and in saying so every situation varies in existing homes making information based estimates almost impossible except on straightforward projects where the amount of extra work is limited.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet the customer and physically bid the job at hand. Vague information leads to a bad estimate and a bad relationship with the customer. We have base prices for each job and every job is unique in its own manner. The only really straightforward work is new construction and most of ours is in your existing home. We pride ourselves on efficiency, speed, and customer service. So cooperation and understanding are very important in our happiness and our customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained in flooring, roofing, interior carpentry, general carpentry, and many other trades through time and experience working with materials and people. The people who trained me believed in further learning through professional magazines, videos, and any material approved by proffesionals. We strive to learn more and if we do not know we will find out.
