- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Mandatory Newbie Consultation Single Consultation: $0.00 We require a free consultation for all first time clients so that we can get a feel for you and your home and/or pet, and you and your pet(if you have one) can get a feel for us. We also need you to fill out some very important forms that we will give you during the consultation so we can take optimal care of your pet and/or home. Standard Visit(Pets) Single Standard Visit: $18.00 If unused, the package will expire one year after purchase 5 Pack Standard Visits: $85.00 $17/Visit. If any visits are left unused, the package will expire one year after purchase. The 5 visit package can be applied to 5 different standard visits on 5 separate occasions of your scheduling. 10 Pack Standard Visits: $160.00 $16/Visit. If any visits are left unused, the package will expire one year after purchase. The 10 visit package can be applied to 10 different standard visits on 10 separate occasions of your scheduling. Home Visit(No Pets) Single Home Visit: $15.00 If unused, the package expires one year after purchase 5 Pack Home Visits: $70.00 $14.00/Visit If any visits are left unused, the package will expire one year after purchase The 5 home visit package can be applied to 5 different home visits on 5 separate occasions of your scheduling 10 Pack Home Visits: $130.00 $13.00/Visit If any visits are left unused, the package will expire one year after purchase The 10 home visit package can be applied to 10 different home visits on 10 separate occasions of your scheduling
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. First, schedule a Free Mandatory Consultation Via our website(hit the "book now" button on the homepage) with Carleigh Klein, our primary pet sitter, at your home. This gives you a chance to meet Carleigh and see if she is a good fit for you and your pet. Our consultations also give Carleigh the chance to see what your pets behavior is like around her. 2. If all goes well with the consolation Carleigh will leave you forms that will tell her everything she needs to know about you, your home, and your pet. You may either fill the forms out during your consultation or fill them out after and e-mail them to her and leave them for her to pick up during her first visit. 3. After your consultation, you will then be able to request and schedule one of our Services through our mind-body website and mind-body app. 4. Once you have requested a visit Carleigh will confirm or decline your request as soon as possible, and you will receive a confirmation or denial e-mail once she has responded to your request. 5. Following the confirmation, you will need to pay via card on mind-body: First go to our mind-body website(hit book now on homepage of primary website) Second, select Online Store. Third, select the service type that best suits your needs. Fourth, select the package Finally, check out 6. If you would like to pay with cash or check just send Carleigh an e-mail requesting this payment option and leave the payment in a specified location for her to pick-up during her visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Carleigh is a part time business major at Texas Tech University online. She previously worked as a nanny until she was hired as a part-time pet sitter for another pet sitting business in Fort Worth. However; after ten years of operation and being adored by his clients the owner of this business decided to close shop in Fort Worth. Carleigh then branched off and opened Arlington Heights Pet Sitters with the mentorship of her former boss. In addition to running Arlington Heights Pet Sitters, you will also see Carleigh working at her part-time job at a local Fort Worth barre studio, or hanging with her own pets, Kipper the dog and Jade the cat!
