I charge per session with the first & 2 sessions required up front
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We go through a health questionnaire, going over any health issues you may have. We then create a goal sheet and develop your plan around your time frame and goals
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been an active crossfit participant for a year now, after having lost 45 pounds. I am an ISSA certified fitness trainer and TLS health & weightloss coach
