I just want to say thanks to Mike and his team at Audio Trio DJ service for the great job that was done for our Wedding on September 26th 2015. From the start, Mike made the entire process easy and catered to our every need. Mitch (the DJ for the night) did a great job making sure everyone was having a great time. When it came to special requests, they had no issue finding the music people wanted. It was a great night and a big part of it was thanks to Audio Trio. Very professional! Audio Trio DJ services has been used for a number of our corporate events. They do an amazing job with our clients and keep the crowd going. Their lights and sound quality were very impressive. There was a time when an ad played during one of the dance however. The pricing was a little expensive too.

Thank you for your review, Dahlia. I totally understand that $500 is a lot of money to pay, but keep in mind, $500 is an average rate for a Homecoming DJ with some DJ's charging over $1,000. I apologize for an ad being played during one of your songs. Having an ad played is unacceptable, and the DJ was reassured that this cannot happen. In the DJ's defense, he was playing a song that he did not have. The song was located online and unfortunately it had an ad on it.

Mitchell did a wonderful job. He interacted with the party goers, and made the party more enjoyable. This was our fourth year using Audio Trio DJ Service and would definitely use them again!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a flat rate of $150 per hour for our premium setup and $125 per hour for our basic setup. Prices include no charge travel or setup/takedown within the Milwaukee area.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discuss with the customer what his or her needs are. If the needs are extensive, meet with the customer and go over the event. If the needs are minimal, book the event with the customer over phone/email.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have personally witnessed over 100 weddings being performed by Djs from all over Wisconsin while working at a restaurant while growing up. I then opened my own Dj service 10 years ago and have read multiple books on running a Dj service while operating my own.
