I am a Realtor in St Augustine. Jorge was prompt in contacting the new owner of the home and meeting me and the owner for an estimate. The work was 10 or so post-closing repairs on a very nice home in downtown St Augustine. Jorge did all the various repairs and replacements on the home to the owner's satisfaction at a competitive price and in a timely fashion. Jorge is the first person I think of for home repairs, but I've seen pictures of his craftsmanship with building homes, installing kitchens, bathrooms, floors, building custom arbors and amazing wood working. His abilty to handle so many different tasks makes him a one-stop-shop.

I worked with Jorge on two different renovation projects. He even did some repairs on my barn! He is very punctual and good with communication. He is a hard worker, reliable, and very fair with his pricing, and he gets u a written estimate fast and stands by it.

Since purchasing an older home in St. Augustine, Florida, I have employed Augustine Construction & Services, LLC Augustine Construction & Services LLC. on a number home-based jobs ranging from plumbing to woodwork to minor electrical improvements.
I have been extremely pleased with the quality and timeliness of his work. In addition, he is always an excellent source of what I consider to be educated, unbiased information and advice.
