Introduction: I have been giving guitar lessons for over thirteen years. I've studied and played with some of the top musicians in the world. I can show you the skills and tools on your instrument to play any song or piece of music. From scales and chords ,to songwriting and music theory, I cover it all. I also have the keen and unique ability for identifying the individual artist in my students, and help bring that to life. I am also a recording engineer and can show you how to record your own songs and learn to produce your own music. I love my job! I get excited about sharing music with people, seeing the impact music brings to a persons life, and the progress of my students.

My son LOVES music and has tried to play various instruments over the years but nothing ever lasted. He is on the autism spectrum and he is very intelligent but it can be really hard for him to focus and stay engaged. I was referred to Josh by a mutual friend and I am so stoked!! He is so patient, and so kind! He makes everything fun and relatable. It is such a gift to see my son able to focus and learn so much. Josh is truly an amazing guy!! Thank you so much!!

Great Instructor and Musician and communicates the material well. Also, It's hard to find a good teacher that does in-home and studio and Josh is available for both. 5 stars for sure.

I set my prices on a case by case basis. I believe everyone should have access to music regardless of income.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many music classes as well as real world training.I have been a musician and composer for 20 years. I have had songs in film and TV and have toured in professional bands. Whether you desire to be a hobbyist or a full time pro I hsve the tools to get you there.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
It was an organic process getting into my line of work, as I am a musician by trade and also get along well with people. I soon noticed that I had a talent to not only play music but pass it on to others.
