FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe that the right to providing a quality event also coincides with fair pricing. One of the things that people often forget when requesting services, is that the provider has spent time, money and other resources into providing the best experience possible. It's similar to the training of a master plumber or electrician or mechanic. For true professionals, it's paying for equipment and maintenance, upgrading equipment, purchasing music and other subscriptions, as well as preparation. We review each situation individually, because each event is special to you and to us. A fair quote is always provided on our behalf.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we like to fully understand the customer's needs. This includes the type of event, the length of time, why this event is special, if we are able to do something in conjunction with the customer to boost the event, as well as a sample playlist to gain an idea for what is required. If the event is a wedding, we have templates that we can share to help ease the stress of wedding planning as well as provide input from our 14+ years of experience. After having clear communication on the requirements, we are happy to provide a quote and move forward with event planning. We are happy to provide a quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15+ years of applied experience, music/singing background, continuous practice, reading and watching of videos to enhance skills and abilities.
