Booking the reservation was easy and Renee was very courteous and informative. I also appreciated that she was interested as to what kind of celebration it was and asked me if there was anything special she thought I would need. It was a celebration of my sister's 60th birthday.
Our driver was superb. Her names is Edwanda Chase. She was very nice and attentive. She called ahead of time to let me know she was running late, but that timing worked out even better for us! She was perfect with the drop-offs and pick ups. She took no more than a few minutes to pick us up when called. I had my 81 year old uncle with us and she always made the effort to pull up as close as possible.
At the end of the trip, she came back twice when it was discovered we had left something on the bus. She went above and beyond! It was a wonderful experience and Ms. Chase was a big part of that.
Our driver ,Ms. Chase ,is the main reason that I am rating the experience 5 stars. I have 2 criticisms and the 1st is with the equipment on the bus. I was told a head of time that the cd/dvd player was not working and it looked liked there should have been a bar across the top of the bus for us to hold on too when bus was in motion. I could be wrong, but it seems like there should have been handles somewhere. The 2nd criticism is that when I tried to call over the weekend to adjust the pick up and drop off locations, I left several messages and no one ever called me back. It posed no problem as Ms. Chase was very accommodating, so perhaps it was not a big deal. But it would have been nice to get a call back. I did not take away a star for this because we had a blast and I did not want to taint the service I got from Renee and especially Ms. Chase.
It was a wonderful experience, that we are still taking about. My sister describes it as the party she will never forget!
We would definitely hire Bayside again!

All of the administrative details leading up to our service were great. I spoke with people who were really helpful and organized. What was disappointing the day of, was that our driver asked where we were going and required directions from one of our passengers to get to every location that we had planned to stop at. This was confusing to me because I had spent 20 minutes the day before outlining everywhere we needed to stop that day. We used the company for our wedding, so one of our bridesmaids was not able to enjoy the limo like the rest of us, so that she could ensure we got where we needed to go. Other than that the company was great to work with and the limo was really fun.

Bayside limousines was very professional and helpful throughout the booking/confirmation process. The day of service the driver arrived on time, the party bus was neat and clean. The driver was also on time for pick up, ensuring we did not go over time thus avoiding extra charges. I had a great experience and would use Bayside limousines again!!!
