- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a standard pricing because we treat every job individually taking the time to evaluate what is needed and not as just another number.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As an owner/operator We at Benware Mechanical and Services take the time to treat every customer as if we knew them on a personal basis and they have been working with us for years. Taking the time to talk with our customers to get a feel for what their end goals are on every project to help them reach their end result the most cost efficient as possible in the least amount of time.

Over 15 years or combined school training and on the job experience.
