Our rates very due to the wide variety of services we provide. We provide one-time only services or we can do monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly maintenance packages. We also provide bed bug treatments, termite inspections and treatments, carpenter ants & bees treatments, as well as removal of hornets, wasps, yellow jackets, ect.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the type of service needed we will give out an estimate over the phone based on what we are provided from the customer, however we still have our technicians go out and do a thorough inspection of the property while completing the service so that the customer has a better idea of what exactly is found and needing to be mainly focused on.

We work with all types of customers. We do residential & commercial properties as well as work with Realtor and Settlement companies.
