- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First I will email you a list of what I need from you. I have a document we both sign for legal reasons. I never save any of your info and you are with me every step of the way. I start at $150 for 2 hrs and we can negotiate from there if it takes more or less time. I e-file to save time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Of course I always stay current with the free IRS training guides for professionals
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up in it. It can be boring but if done right it's like winning someone the lottery.
