They are doing more than simply painting and staining. They repaired the deck where needed, brought a trailer and hauled away junk and will replace the bead board ceiling on deck. Excellent work so far and clean up too!

For leaf removal, they came last minute because a different vendor cancelled, and they worked through the rain. They got in the corners and over landscape paper and gravel. They were cheerful and polite and communicated well.

They were a no show. They had previously confirmed the date and time. Didn't tell me they couldn't make it until after the appointment date and time and I questioned them if they were going to show up. Been sitting here for hours waiting on them.

You contacted me three days ago and as I stated the app has a new feature that allows the customers set day/time for service (without contacting me about my schedule) It’s generally not possible for me to have a customer book a job Thursday and have me out Saturday morning. I am currently working with Thumbtack support to figure out why that happened. Have a great day!
