- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? When it comes to resolving pest issues, there is no standard pricing structure, due to the fact that there are several factors to consider, the pricing is based on what pest issue we are dealing with along with the size of the property needed to be treated, and whether this is a one time job, or an ongoing monthly, weekly, bi-monthly service. Prior to providing a price quote we will have to do a physical inspection to assess the quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? The initial process is to speak to our potential clients, and establish what kind of pest issues they are experiencing, we feel that good communication with our clients is essential in order to see if there is solution we can provide. After this has been established, then an appointment for an inspection of the property is carried out, and evaluation is made of the issues found, and a quote provided to resolve the pest issue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a State of Florida certified operator, and owner of Centurian Commercial pest Control, Inc. and i have worked in the pest management industry for over 28 years, starting initially as a technician, achieving all the relevant credentials, and field training starting out as a field technician, to master technician, through to service manager, then to sales, sales manager, operations manager, branch manager, district manager, and area manager, then eventually i left a major organization to open my pest management company. Overall i have specialized in all areas of the industry from mostly dealing with commercial businesses, through to residential properties, resolving all kinds of pests issues from Ants, cockroaches, Rodents, Spiders, Bed Bugs, through to Bird Control, and Stored Product Insects to name a few pests.
