- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on many factors. Days of service, hours of service, distance traveled to work, equipment needs, materials needs, specialty services, odd requests, management needed, project work versus regular monthly services, etc..
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speak with them on the phone or in person. Meet at the desired service location and perform a walk through and examining the site to ensure we are all on the same page. Discuss details of service needs. Write and give estimate. Sign contract. Get keys and code to enter site. Train staff at site. Check in with customer to make sure everything is going well and we haven't missed anything. Smile proudly knowing we are taking very good care of our customers!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Colorado State University with a BFA and my business partner proudly served in the United States Navy. Our team regularly attend seminars with chemical and equipment providers, we have achieved new certification levels like being a certified "Green Cleaning Service Provider".
