What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to listen to customers and find out what they are trying to accomplish, I then can offer feedback based on the knowledge i have in the industry. Once we have a mutual understanding I can explain exactly what the job entails and give the customer a projected finish date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified by the city of Los Angeles as a welder. Also held Los Angeles City Quality Control Certification.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started welding wrought iron fences and gates about 20 years ago. I also installed wood and chain link fences. I started welding trailers, underground safety and shoring, got into structural welding and also welded pipe in the oil industry for 4 years. I continue to weld part time and I am a welding Instructor at a college full time.
