I quote my projects and my pricing is fair and stable.(no hidden fees)

Talk with the customer find out what it is they are wanting to accomplish, Then find out the budget they are comfortable with. I then utilize my experience and skills to put forth a proposal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an executive Chef of ten plus Years. I have worked in environments of diverse culinary menus. I have prepared hundreds of caters, ranging from thirty to five hundred per cater in the last several years.
