About this pro
I'm not considered to be one of the big guys. Low overhead equals lost cost for for second to none workmanship. New to Thumtac. Many references. Owner operatored. Talking with the customer making them happy by solving only the problem they have nothing more nothing less. Most of all saving the customer money compared to the big companies that have to pay their top executives big salaries. Also receivieing more referrals by being fair then anything else.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? The price depends on what is needed. Crawlspaces have a certain pricing and basements has it's own pricing. Foundation crack repair is pretty much a simple price. I'm more flexible with foundation repair then most companies. The reason is I know what it takes and what the cost is. The more cracks you have the price per crack goes down.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First is to meet with the home owner and agree on the process. Agree on a date for the repair. Our crews show up between 7 & 8am. 90 Percent of all jobs are done in a day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? When it comes to the Waterproofing business I learned hands on from the best peaple in the trade.
