This place has lots of 5-star reviews, so I was shocked at the customer service & lack of professionalism I experienced. Ofer (the owner) is quick to respond & will negotiate price. Everything went well until I noticed a screw was not put back in & there was dust all over the floor. I took out a broom & the tech offered help, but it was obvious that cleaning up after themselves was not standard procedure - he was asking ME to tell him where to sweep! After they left, I noticed that SEVERAL vent covers were damaged, there were marks left on the walls & most importantly, when I installed a new air filter, within 15 & 30 min (see pics) there were HUGE PIECES OF DUST in the new filters. So now I'm wondering what I paid $250 for. I called Ofer & he promised a refund because "it's not about the money". During our 2nd call, he refused to issue a full refund; he offered to redo the job & a 50% refund. I declined because his staff left a mess the 1st time around & asked for a different offer. He refused. At this point, we were flat-out arguing. He kept repeating how he has lots of happy customers & even though it's "not about the money," I can't have a full refund because it was a service provided & it was in his opinion a 90/100 job. If he could, I'd gladly have him put back the dust he took out of our vents! I've been a small restaurant owner. If someone complained, a full refund is always an available resolution; I'm not going to ask for half-eaten food back. Give the refund & move on. Since calling him was not productive, my parents went to the business to come to a resolution. They don't speak English well & Ofer bullied them into redoing the job without the 50% refund he offered me. His claim was that if we were still unhappy with the job after the 2nd time, he'd give us a full refund. At this point, it's clear that he has no intention of ever giving us any of our money back.Oct 4, 2017
Although I specified an estimate before making any decision, they already wheeled in a big vacuum cleaner like device which I thought should be outside the house. The owner Ofer said it had a "HEPA" filter. We haggled on price for a bit, comparing other estimates. Since they were a small company and I was tired of getting estimates I decided to go ahead and have them get the job done. The whole very loud process took a couple hours but I didn't have to leave my house except to use the phone. I really don't know how dirty (other than cobwebs ...etc) my ducts were or if they really even needed cleaning. I received 2 pictures of one vent before and after. They were very prompt and courteous. $300 for the duct cleaning, dryer vent, some kind of organic germ killer and $100 for a reusable electrostatic filter.Dec 17, 2016Verified
