I have been very happy with Fernanda for a long time. She is an excellent worker and a pleasure to have around. She always shows up on time and is wonderful with my cats and I don't have to worry about anything. 100% recommend!!!

Very very pleased. After i requested quote I got Fernandas more than fair estimate immediately. I contacted her to arrange a viewing of my place and the next thing you know was my doorbell was ringing, she came right over during rush hour. Introduced herself with a pleasant smile and then I asked when she would want to come after a walk through. Well, She offered that very next morning at 8 am. I was thinking I was going to get the " see you next week " so I jumped on it and said ok. I left for work at 715 am and received text from Fernanda at 11 saying she was done and hoping I was happy. Well I got home at five and my place sparkled. Even my bed was made after I told her she doesn't have to do it. That's going the extra mile. I'll do it again in a couple of weeks. Fernanda is simply outstanding at what she does. She quoted me a fair price on this site, met with me on Monday and three days later she has just finished cleaning my apartment. I have a cat so there were plenty of cat hairs all around before she got here. But nearly 2 hrs later my apartment looks better than I have seen it in a long time. It's hard for me to get around as I am disabled so there was plenty of dust and grime but she got corners, stovetop, bathroom, kitchen, bedroom gleaming. I love the not so strong smell from the cleaning products. I have asthma and can tolerate the products she used without any issue. I will be using her services regularly and encourage you all to give her a chance. You will not be disappointed.

FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer tells me what they need and special request such as Eco Friendly, changing the beds, pet requirements, combined with the house size. After analysis of their needs, I give them a quote. I do all transactions by email or text.
