I hired Cynthia's Cleaning Service to deep clean a home we were selling for an estate. It had years of grease covering the kitchen, tar from cigarettes coating mirrors, hadn't been dusted in a decade, and scale in the toilets. I was expecting it to get it looking better, but what I got was that it looked amazing! Appliances sparkled like new, all tar removed from even the ceiling fan, and the floors were immaculate! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Many factors are determined during the walk through session to determine the fee a client will pay for our services. A standard pricing system is not applicable as each client has different needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?My typical process for working with a new customer is to have a walk through of their home. This is a great time to meet in person, assess their cleaning needs, ask and answer questions, go over company policy/procedure, and be added to our schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am well into my senior year with a 3.5 GPA, pursuing my bachelor degree majoring in Criminal Justice and minoring with Business, Psychology, and Human Resource. My clients are rest assured their property is safe and secure. I have over thirteen years of experience in both commercial and residential cleaning. If there are unique problems a client has, I have the ability to research/network and employ solutions to such unique needs.
