- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide free estimates. Along we that we can make a recurring price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we try to find out the kind of work the client is looking to have. We let them know what kind of services we offer. We try to find out if the client prefers any specific cleaning supplies and ask about any allergies. We find out if the client has kids or pets and if they're are specific allergies to any cleaning supplies. If the client prefers we use their supplies or our own. The reason why we ask that, is just to make sure that the client is comfortable with that. We ask if the client if there's a room/space in the house that requires a little more attention. We then try negotiate a schedule with the client. We then provide a free estimate, the first time price, & then a recurring (if applicable) price. With the recurring price we are including a fridge/oven cleaning, no charge.
