Hi, my name is Kay. I use Top To Bottom Cleaning once weekly for cleaning my house. I would definitely recommend these guys. They always work around my schedule. My house is always cleaned to profession. Prices are cheaper than bigger business. If your having second thoughts about these guys don't, as my experience with them they are great. . -Kay

I would definitely use Top To Bottom Cleaning again. They were professional, fast and offered fair prices. And great customer service too. Highly recommended!

I had Fowler Services clean my apartment, two bed and one and a half bath, including appliances. They gave me a fair price based off the square foot of the unit. Some businesses went to high some went to low. I went with my gut on it after checking out their website. All said they came in and did a great job. They cleaned areas that wasn't even paid for and they gave me $20 off for being a new customer. I was nervous at first about thumbtack since this is my first time doing anything like this, but it couldn't have went any better. Thanks you guys for the good clean and I will be seeing you soon.

Haley, We are really glad you enjoyed our services. Our square foot quoting is one of our closes bids we can give without looking at the job itself. It always seem to pan out to get an accurate quote. I'm not sure how other businesses do their quotes but a lot of other customers say the quotes was way to high or way to low also. We are glad you checked out our website. We think that helps potential customers trust us more. If we are cleaning and see an area that needs attention that is not paid for we usually clean that area anyway. We hope the $20 off for new customers helped? That's us lowering the price so you can see what we can do. Most people are nervous about thumbtack if its their first time. We are just glad you found us and everything went fine. Fowler Services has a great team of people that work together very well. They have great customer services and are very polite. They fit my budget perfect and had my house squeaky clean in no time. There is no compliants here I am very happy with the service and will use them again when I need them.

Fowler Services is worth every dime I gave them. My house is cleaned to perfection. It has been awhile since my last clean so my house was falling behind on the cleaning side. I never thought they could make it look the way it does off of one clean. I paid for a basic clean and it looks like I got a deep clean. In saying all this I would recommend them to anyone. Jake

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on what the project looks like, what condition it is in and what all needs to be done. Whether we buy materials or the homeowner buys the materials. That is how we give estimates on our jobs. We have a thing called budget works. The homeowner can give us a budget they have for the project and we see if it can be done for that. This is a thing that homeowners like due to not dealing with multiple contractors and way to high quotes.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Very good just meeting new people and showing off my work makes me feel good about myself at what I do.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am very educated in my line of work due to it being a family thing and I have always did it since I was a kid.
