- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a set price for our services as each client has different challenges and needs, and we price our services accordingly. However, we can come up with a firm proposal for prices and services based on an in-depth interview with a potential client, where we learn what the current issues and costs are.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We need to determine whether the employer is a good fit for our services and whether we can be a good fit for their needs. We do not accept all applicants, as we seek out professional, long-lasting business relationships that require a lot of mutual work solving existing issues and helping reduce liabilities so that our client can focus on their bottom line and grow their business. Our focus is on Maine-based employers with stable or growing businesses.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has experience in handling HR, payroll, benefits, risk management, workers' compensation, safety, compliance and retention of employees. There are many ways to customize our services to meet your needs, and we have specialists and dedicated professionals we can call on to solve the problems that businesses face when it comes to handling employee issues, from hiring to retiring - or termination - and all phases in between.
