- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
FREE DIAGNOSTIC WITH THE REPAIR The cost of the diagnostic is $50.00 DESKTOP AND $75.00 LAPTOP COMPUTER DIAGNOSTIC FEE Computer diagnostics typically involve using software, hardware, part substitution, partial or complete disassembly, and knowledge accumulated over many years of experience. Often times the diagnosis leads to the realization that the cost of repair exceeds the value of the computer diagnosed. In this case, if the customer elects NOT to repair the computer, we still need to collect the diagnostic fee for the time, effort and experience expended during the course of the diagnosis. This fee can be applied to the price of a new computer if the customer elects to purchase one through Hardsoftnet. Our trained technicians will examine your problem and make suggestions for repairs, optimizations, or upgrades! We strive to have the most reasonable prices for the best, most personal service you can get.
