Troy Dunn has repaired about 4 computers for me so far. My HP was un useable due to malware. Acer Aspire needed a new screen and had command prompt errors, the Dell wouldn't power up at all anymore and my Toshiba Tablet was so outdated I couldn't get into google play to install new updates. They were all back before the weeks end, and to my surprise, better than when I bought them brand new! New updated software and security. This guy knows his stuff. Clearly this is his passion not his job. He also serves out the best after service care imaginable! Remote assistance, phone conference, or whatever the case may call. He's very quick to grasp those out of the box concepts and ideas that we have and somehow incorporates that into the set up and operation of your computer. He's an A all the way!
