- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I take $25 / hr. I assume full responsibility for this amount and ensures that I endow my customer all the knowledge I possess.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new customer is always welcome and would invariably endeavor to retain. Since I value for quality service, I would try to connect emotionally and practically. There would always be pain points. My objective would be to address those pain points and provide as much education as possible. I would take enough time to understand the requirements and if I would be a good fit. There would not be any rush and commitment unless we come into terms. If my schedule is busy, the customers would be acknowledged that with a future date as per the schedule. I would ensure every customer is provided with undivided attention and the quality time that is required.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed: - Graduation on Electronics and Communication Engineering. - Post Graduation on Masters on Business Administration. I have: - 9+ years of experience in IT industry. - worked on all the phases in SDLC - Requirements Gathering, Analyzing, Design, Develop and Test. - Extensive experience on Java / J2EE. - Worked and support a multitude of clients. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
