James came out and took care of my AC issue on the weekend. He arrived on time and the repair was rather minor. Also, I was wonderfully surprised at the cost. Absolutely great value and will be using him in the future for any HVAC work.

We are very thankful for the great work James did! We had a big name company come out when our A/C stopped blowing cool air. They quoted us for a new system or to just replace the compressor. We were less than excited about either option. We chose James because when we received the quotes from different companies on Thumbtack and he was the only one who wasn't trying to sell us another reassessment of the problem or anything else for that matter. Thanks to him, we replaced our entire A/C/heating unit for a little more than what replacing just the compressor would've cost from the big-name company. He was very straight forward and explained what he was doing as he went. He didn't try to sell us anything extra. He just did what he said he was going to do in a timely, efficient manner. We really appreciate and HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who needs A/C/heating repair.

A truly outstanding man and an outstanding experience. J.S. is knowledgeable, professional and a very nice person to boot. He was willing to be flexible and negotiate the price to make us both comfortable. The installation (of two heat pump systems) was scheduled right away, to work with my time constrains. Some extra things that may or may not be included, when working with other companies, were all included at no additional cost. Might seem like a small thing but it's very appreciated, not to mention that it creates so much good will on the part of the customer. The day after the installation, a problem arose that turned out to have very little if anything at all to do with J.S.'s workmanship. Not only did he show up immediately, he spent hours fixing an issue that was likely created by a bad contractor long before J.S. even touched anything. He did fix the problem and charged nothing. I write a lot of reviews on Yelp and almost never give a mark higher than 4 stars, even to excellent establishments. J.S. gets the whole nine yards -- 5 well-deserved stars. :)

Great Job!!! James is very thorough and offers very affordable prices. I love my new HVAC system. It's a big step up from my old dinosaur of a system. I will definitely be working with him again.
