Introduction: I provide a personal degree of service that caters to the customers exacts specifications. I will be on site every step of the way and remain in contact with my customer to assure they are satisfied. Unlike larger companies and contractors I will make myself available at all times and guarantee satisfaction. I have been on construction job sites since I was 6 years old. My grandfather was one of the most well-known and respected contractors in this region and built many homes as well as dozens of local businesses, schools, and churches. I needed someone to take care of issues I had at my Moms house in Louisiana. After going through a couple of people that did not do what they promised I found a company that has integrity with KCK construction. They complete what was asked and followed up as I requested since I live in Texas. Trust worthy and honest. Not a lot out there. I would recommend trying KCK. Jeff B

Kacey Cranford (KCK Construction LLC) did outstanding work for me. I had two jobs -- the repair of a bathroom vanity counter and the repair and staining of my deck; this included a pressure wash of my porch and deck area as preparation. I am extremely pleased with the quality of his work and the meticulous care he took to make everything look brand new! I would recommend him anytime for anything from minor household repairs to major restoration work!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. I have found that doesn't work well. I like to see each job and provide a free estimate. That is not to say that there are not several services that I do have a standard price for however.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The key to starting with a new customer is communication. I make sure that I understand what they want and never guess or assume. If there is a question I stop and contact the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in thus industry for more than 20 years. I have taken many technical classes and workshops on particular facets of the business. I started out and apprenticed under some of the finest and most well-known carpenters in the area.
