I hired him to replace a sliding door and a bifold door. The sliding door went fine but the bifold was s nightmare. He did the work over two days and when I checked on him the second day his "employee" was there who happened to have a few neck tattoos and looked like he served half his life in prison. At the end of the day he left and the doors didn't close right. I called and Stephen said his guy would fix the problem The next day. The next day he came out and the same prison inmate tried to fix the doors but called me mid day and said he actually broke one of the doors and would have to come back tomorrow and try to fix. He came back the next day and tried to fix the issue. He said he wasn't able to fix it that day and would comeback tomorrow. At this point I was tired of them wasting my time and told them not to come back. I had my painter who has done work at my place for years cone over and said the other person who worked on the job was a total dumb ass. He said the doors were cut 1/2" off from top to bottom. Even after my painters precision work he was unable to totally solve their mistakes because they had cut away too much material without the risk of breaking the door. Stephen has idiots who work for him and I needed to pay other people to fix their mistakes. On top of that I had a guy with neck tattoos in my home. If he hires guys like that you have to question his integrity.Jan 12, 2017Verified
We had a privacy fence installed and side and back of one garage repaired after 30 years. Steve was always on the job and guiding his employees who were respectful to us and job was finished on time.Mar 25, 2016Verified
