I had a rather complicated sale where i represented the Sellers that had a flat roof. James & his team came through and completed the roof on time and with top quality helping meet the buyers concerns. The warranty exceeded the buyers original request and all parties were truly satisfied.

I called Julian Construction Services to look at a rental I own. I believed there was a leak on the roof near some flashing. Mr. Julian came out and looked it over, he said there was no evidence of a leak but tarred the chimney and pipes because it looked old. Mr. Julian was prompt and professional. I will be calling him again in the future for any other roofing issues I may have.

Since 2007 JCS has worked as a subcontractor to many different construction companies in the St. Louis area. We have performed projects such as new construction, fire restoration, roofing, masonry, and steel fabrication. This experience allows us to accurately bid a job based on the square footage and area involved.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with our clients we listen carefully to their needs so we can make the best recommendation possible. It takes time to put together a project and great communication has always been important when we are working on the details of a project
