I feel like we were so lucky to have found Bill and he will be our go to for upcoming projects. He is amazing to work with. He will listen patiently to ideas, providing options when something cannot be done, and then executing the vision perfectly. We hired him for a wall removal that required electrical outlets to be moved, flooring to be repaired, drywall work, and trim. It turned out perfectly. He has since installed crown molding on our entire downstairs as well as repaired this very random jutting area above our cabinets that was a poorly designed stair issue. Now there is a clean area for decoration that actually makes sense. Next on the list is some built-ins and bathroom remodel=)

Details: Change the form or function of a portion of a room or structure • Kitchen • No existing plans, but have a good idea of what I want • No, the project is not covered by an insurance claim • Within the next 3 months

We contracted Bill to repair/replace rotted wood in our crawl space. He had to enter a wall adjacent to the bathroom to make sure the repair was done properly. Bill repaired the area so well it looks practically brand new. The patch to the wall is invisible. The price we paid for the work is definitely commiserate with the quality of the work. Bill is more than deserving of a 5 star rating. We would gladly recommend him to anyone looking for a professional contractor who does impeccable work.

Details: I'm just starting • Crawl space or attic • Replace parts of existing structure • Less than 500 sq ft • Home • I am the owner

Bill did a great job replacing some sheetrock that had some water damage in our storage shed. He was fast to respond and gave a fair quote. He was able to complete the repairs shortly after hiring him; he and his coworker Mike knocked it out in less than 2 hours. And he is a licensed contractor to boot! We would highly recommend Bill and would hire him again.

Details: Remove current drywall and install new drywall • Portion of one room • Residential

I highly recommend Bill to anyone seeking a general contractor. Several months ago, Bill reinforced our deck for a hot tub and reinforced an area under our living room for a large saltwater aquarium. He also tiled our floor and knocked down a wall. He was very professional and courteous. He got the job done in a timely manner and for a fair price. One of his workers accidentally broke a window, but Bill replaced it promptly and with no issues. We're planning to hire him again for future projects!

Mr. Pullen's name originally came up when I searched for someone to build a ramp off the end of my deck. I subsequently decided to hire him to pour the concrete footing, alter the porch railing to make a gate, and rotate a storm door for the vertical platform lift I chose to install instead of the ramp. The jobs were done just today. Mr. Pullen arrived promptly at 9 am, as he said he would. He displayed an excellent understanding of what I needed to have done, and he and his crew executed my requests. They appeared to have a good working relationship with each other, and they seemed to enjoy the work. One of them was even kind enough to interrupt himself while working on the storm door to help me insert a leaf into my dining room table. I'm visually impaired, and the concrete is still wet at the time of the submission of this review, but from a distance, it would be difficult, I think, to know that the porch railing has been transformed into a gate. The door closes and latches as easily as it it did in its original position. He showed me how he rerouted a downspout to accommodate for the footing he poured. And I'm assured that the concrete will be dry enough for the lift to be anchored to it at the end of this week. He will be back to remove the 2x4's and do some other clean-up work to the footing. Overall, I'm satisfied with my experience with Mr. Pullen to this point. I have some other jobs I need to have done, and I'm willing to consider him for those as well. Many thanks, sir.
